Responsibilities for Account Manager

*	Answer high volume inbound calls in a timely manner
*	Utilize scripts to provide customer service on common topics
*	Identify customer' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions 
*	Document conversations for record keeping and quality purposes
*	Ability to work on multiple screens and in multiple software systems at once
*	Professional written and spoken communication skills
*	Ability to work any shift assigned by client during companies business hours

Qualifications for Account Manager

•	Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, and/or Other related fields 
•	Proficiency in MS Office
•	Strong attention to detail
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•	1-3 years related experience
