Responsibilities for Call Center Viewer Experience Representative


As a Viewer Experience Advocate (temp to hire) you will be the first point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador. The right person for this position is enthusiastic at addressing customers’ needs and ready to take on new challenges. In this position you will: 
• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat about account 
management, billing issues, content and basic site and 
application navigation 
• Provide account and application support to viewers, 
specifically with regards to software functionality and 
troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings 
• Give accurate and real-time responses to viewer inquiries

Qualifications for Call Center Viewer Experience Representative


Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a customer service position. Any technical support role or call center experience is a plus. Familiarity with streaming TV a plus. 
High school diploma or GED (education will be verified). 
Dependable with strong attendance and timeliness reporting to 
work. 
Experience using Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, 
Word and Google Docs 
Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills 
Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and Instant Messenger 

Schedule Requirements: 
You must be able to work an assigned 40 hour per week schedule within the operating hours of 5AM and 1AM. Two week paid training will be 8AM to 5PM. Then you most likely will be assigned a 2:30PM to 11:30PM, 3PM to midnight or 4PM to 1AM schedule. Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays is a requirement for this exciting opportunity. Client is open 365 days a year (open holidays) with 24 hour support.
