Position Summary

A North Austin technology company is looking to add a Customer Service Data Analyst to their fun and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Data Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for taking data from customer service CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and converting into usable dashboards and reports.  Dashboards will include daily repair turnaround times, serial numbers customer name and all other data pertinent to repair business.

• Create reports to be used internally to monitor repair/failure trends, repair turnaround time and depot performance. 

• Create reports for customers and quarterly business reviews.

• Create daily dashboards for management to utilize and a clean consistent data collection. 

• Interact with repair depots, call center and customers

Qualifications for Customer Service Data Analyst

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of data analyst experience
• Experience with a CRM system
