HR Coordinator

Prestigious global software leader is growing rapidly and looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely execution and accurate maintenance of HRIS systems and benefit portals.
  • Maintain accurate compliance with COBRA; process incoming requests, new hire transmittals and terminations
  • Create and maintain up-to-date organizational charts for specific populations
  • Support HR Generalists during the on-boarding process while maintaining correct paperwork for New Hire binders.
  • Act as main point of contact and administrator of the sales incentive plans
  • Assist with compensation surveys and evaluations
  • Maintain and improve filing system in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Work with the recruiting team to maintain job descriptions in compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Evaluate, process and track invoices in a timely matter Assist with ongoing and one-off communication projects

    Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of administrative experience
  • HR or Recruiting experience is a big plus
