We have an immediate need for your great customer service skills. Call center located in east El Paso is looking for Healthcare Customer Service Advocates to add to their team. Your supervisor is eager to show you the ropes and value you for a job well done.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Advocate
As a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate, you will help and work with customers and members to improve their health, well-being and sense of security.
The primary role is to respond to complex inquiries regarding benefits, billing, eligibility, coverage and other related information and provide solutions for customers, clients and health care professional via phone and email. Creative problem solving, critical thinking and empathy skills are essential. Professions interaction, active and passive listening skills and the ability to utilize computer based resources in a highly effective manner to educate and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries is crucial for success in the role, along with the ability to be compassionate and empathetic when appropriate when handling complex customer inquiries.
Qualifications for Customer Service Advocate
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
Training hours are Monday - Friday; 2:30pm-11:00pm for 5 weeks
Operation hours - 6am - 9pm Monday - Friday
$10.50 an hour
Long term position
Class starts November 13, 2017
