We are seeking a hands-on (SQL Server) Data Warehouse Developer to assist in the implementation of cutting-edge database technologies within the development and support of our Data Warehouse and Data Marts.  You will work within our data team to help maintain, develop and enhance our online analytical processing (OLAP) analysis environment.

The right candidate will have strong SQL Server 2012/2008/2005 experience with specific SSIS knowledge and strong MS Analysis Services understanding. Candidate will need at least 5 years of OLAP development experience (Data warehouse concepts, cube design, fact, dimension structure, Data Mart development, etc).

Job Requirements
o	Create, modify, document, and enhance data specifications including identifying and mapping data 
        elements from source systems into the dimensional data warehouse; Translate requirements into 
        technical specifications, Validate that the data warehouse meets specified requirements
o	Ability to function and contribute in a team environment.
o	Work with other members of the Product and client services departments so that a single version of 
        business terminology is maintained within the existing reporting architecture.
o	Work with customers to define and document the scope and functional requirements for data and 
        reporting needs.
o	Understand and balance business requirements and user expectations.
o	Ability to work independently on data warehouse tasks with a minimal amount of supervision. 
o	Use of deductive reasoning and analytic ability to transform data into information for key 
        decision makers within the organization verifying that consistent information is always delivered.
o	Need to work after hours as needed basis

•	Qualifications/Skills
o	Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, information technology, business 
        or related field required 
o	Minimum 5 + years of extensive experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)  and SQL 
        Server analysis Services (SSAS)  & SQL Server programming
o	Experience with relational database systems in an operational and data warehouse environments and 
        particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
o	Knowledge of the Kimball data warehouse lifecycle and strong dimensional data modeling experience, 
        star schemas including an understanding of extraction, transformation, and load processes from 
        operational source systems into the data warehouse.
o	Knowledge of how the Kimball approach has been implemented in the Microsoft BI tool stack 
        including the use of Excel PivotTables or similar reporting tools to fulfill ad hoc data requests 
        when required.
o	Collaborate on the global data architecture design and planning for the physical structure and 
        implementation of new module on data warehouse cubes and creation of new data marts & reports.
o	Experience in Mid size to large scale Data warehouse systems.
o	Knowledge/Experience with MDX is a Big plus
o	Knowledge of health system functions strongly desired including terminology and coding is a big 
        plus.
o	Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
