Responsibilities for Order Entry Representative


RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Create and enter sales orders for fuel, tanks, lubes, services and special projects with accuracy and detailed notes 
•	Receive telephone calls and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner
•	Coordinate customer deliveries with other terminals
•	Communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers regarding customer needs
•	Other related tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications for Order Entry Representative


BASIC REQUIREMENTS
•	Minimum one years’ experience in a high volume data entry and customer service environment
•	Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs
•	Must be able to type minimum of 30 WPM
•	Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment
•	Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
•	Adept at problem solving
•	Professional appearance and demeanor
•	Stable employment history
•	Must be able to pass background screening
•	Minimum one-year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers
•	Clear concise written and verbal communication skills, must be able to accurately repeat information back to the customer
•	Flexible with change
•	Willingness to accept constructive criticism and learn
•	Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor 

PREFERRED
•	SAP experience
•	Experience in the fuel or transportation industry preferred
•	Customer Service phone experience
