A Commercial Real Estate company located in Downtown Houston is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to their team.

To qualify for this Temp To Hire position, you must have:

  • Real estate experience, commercial preferred.
  • Yardi experience.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 3 years Administrative experience.

In this position you will be responsible for Various administrative duties.

  • Filing.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Scheduling.
  • Preparing conference rooms.
  • Data Entry.
  • Preparing contracts.

Pay - $35-45K
