Position Summary

Burnett is currently partnering with one of the leading private investment firms in the country! We are assisting them with their temp-to-hire Front Desk Administrative Assistant need. This is an amazing opportunity for a recent grad to get in with a very prestigious firm at the ground floor!

Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 
Pay will be $15-16/hr, DOE to start.

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

Main job duties will be providing administrative support from their front desk:
- Answering phones 
- Scheduling conference rooms 
- Greeting visitors to the office

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, be extremely polished and professional, will have good MS Office skills and will have 6 months - 1 year of admin/clerical experience.
