Position Summary


A leading infrastructure solutions provider for oil and gas located in the Galleria is seeking a Facilities Manager. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and have corporate facilities experience. Awesome work environment and great benefits!

Responsibilities for Facilities Manager


Oversees the coordination of building space allocation, layout and HQ office expansions.
Works with HR and IT on workspace requests related to new hires, terminations and relocations.
Updates all HQ office floor plans and workspace assignments and publishes for employee use and reference.
Oversees and manages mail services and reception desk functions and processes.
Develops and maintains capital expenditure budgets, annual operating budget and monthly forecasts.
Reviews and approves all facility related invoices.
Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including obtaining cost estimates and reviewing contracts from contractors and architectural teams.
Inspects construction and installation progress on all office space buildouts and reconfigurations.
Develops and maintains positive business relationships with vendors, building management, contractors and employees.
Manages maintenance programs and contracts for HQ office environment and a variety of office equipment.
Manages preventive maintenance contracts and vendors, including HVAC and office equipment.
Manages the parking program, including issuance of parking permits and review of monthly parking invoice.
Point of contact for all security issues including but not limited to managing onsite camera and badge systems.
Works closely with the safety department to ensure building/grounds comply to corporate safety standards.
Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of HQ office.

Qualifications for Facilities Manager


MUST have a Bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience in corporate facilities!
