Job Title: Program Manager of Customer Experience
A leading real estate investment firm located in Houston, TX is seeking a dynamic Program Manager of Customer Experience within their property management (multi-family) division who will lead the effort of enhancing their property management product by elevating the customer experience!
Responsibilities for Program Manager of Customer Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Must be creative and know how to execute ideas for improving the customer experience
• Must have an engaging and dynamic personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to encourage interaction
Qualifications for Program Manager of Customer Experience
MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and have experience working in a top- class customer service management or training organization such as (Disney, Ritz-Carlton, Zappos, Enterprise, etc.) Companies with outstanding reputations for Customer Service and Experience.
Need to be open for some travel within the U.S. and internationally as well.
Compensation & Benefits for Program Manager of Customer Experience
Salary: $150K Base + 20% annual bonus based on performance.
**Willing to pay relo fee of $5-10K!
