Felecia brings over a decade of experience in accounting, customer relations, and key HR functions, demonstrating a keen ability to optimize processes and improve efficiencies. She is currently working as an HR Clerk, where she plays a key role in a major software migration project that has significantly enhanced the speed and accuracy of processing employee data.

When asked about her current role, Felecia shared: “Playing a key role in technological improvement through assisting with a major software migration project is highly rewarding.”
Her biggest professional accomplishment so far? Successfully contributing to this project, which has improved operational efficiency for the organization.
