Direct Pay Deposit

Skip the hassle of depositing hard copies of checks and get instant access to your money on payday. Our temporary and contract employees have the convenience of depositing all of their paycheck or a portion into their checking and/or savings account. Direct deposit is offered at the time of initial employment (onboarding) with all of our employees, but should you wish to sign up at a later date, no problem, just sign into your candidate profile, and visit the “other links” section of your dashboard to get the form you need.

Global CashCard Paycard

Don’t have a personal checking or savings account? Not to worry. we have the flexibility of allowing you to use your own Pay Card that has portability, meaning it can be loaded via ACH by us and others. Annual Paid Holidays

Work hard, but play harder! Burnett Staffing employees who work 1,500 hours, excluding overtime, in the 12-month period preceding the day of the paid holiday are eligible for holiday pay. The recognized, paid holidays are Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving Day.

Annual Service Bonus

Temporary staffing employees in “good standing” can qualify to earn bonuses for their hours of service based upon 1,500 hours (excluding overtime) worked in a 12-month period from their designated start date.

Candidate Referral Bonus

Refer your hardworking friends, get paid. Once your referral has been hired and works 160 regular hours during the first 6 weeks of their employment, you will earn a $50 referral bonus. Instruct the person you are referring to us, to put your name and contact information on their application under “How did you hear about Burnett or Choice?” There is no limit to the amount of referral bonuses you can earn!
