Hope also shared how Aerica has consistently exceeded expectations throughout her assignment: “Aerica began her assignment as a temporary Receptionist and quickly mastered the role, ensuring the front desk operated smoothly. As new needs arose, she stepped in without hesitation to take on additional responsibilities. She embraced every new task with a positive attitude, learned processes quickly, and maintained the same high level of professionalism and accuracy. Her flexibility, initiative, and eagerness to help wherever needed have made her an invaluable resource to both the team and the client.”

Meet Aerica
Aerica is currently working as an Administrative Specialist supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing startup. Her role is incredibly dynamic — touching nearly every part of the organization. She assists marketing with research and trade show preparation, supports customer service with orders, creates reports for the sales team, and provides administrative support to the CEO and COO. Aerica also plays a major role in improving organization through spreadsheets and data management processes — helping the company stay efficient as it continues to scale.
Outside of work, Aerica is a wife and proud mom of three adult children — and the owner of a mini Schnauzer named Caesar who loves to bark!

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Aerica shared: “I enjoy being able to support so many different teams and knowing that my work makes a meaningful impact. I also love that every day is different — there’s always something new to learn or improve, which keeps things exciting and challenging.”
