Jessica Wheeler is a District Manager and Manager of Corporate Services for Burnett Specialists, expertly overseeing a team of professional recruiters across diverse sectors.  She has been with Burnett for almost 20 years and oversees accounting, marketing, and training in the company.  Jessica, a graduate of Trinity University, has served as a board member and President of the Houston Association of Personnel Consultants.  The HAAPC honored Jessica with their Lifetime Member Special Recognition award.
