Kevin Gwinn, a seasoned recruiter and Division Manager of Burnett Specialists, brings over 30 years of IT and engineering placement expertise.  He was named Houston’s number one professional/technical blended service consultant for 12 consecutive years by the HAAPC and TAPC.  He has won many awards from the Texas Search, Recruiting, and Staffing Association since joining Burnett in 1996.  Kevin is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University.
