Position:
Inbound Call and Live Chat Representative
Schedule and info:
The schedule is 7am to 7pm and requires flexibility to work 7 days out of the week- you will get an assigned schedule for 5 days
Paid Training is 9am to 6 pm, M-F and lasts around 4 weeks
Equipment is provided and sent to your house!
Pay:
$11.75/ hr PLUS $50/ month for phone/ internet AFTER training!
Job Description:
- Ideal candidates must be flexible to work any shift between 7 am to 7 pm. Set schedules with frequent shift bids opportunities. The schedule will also include weekends and holidays.
- You will answer inbound calls and process/document and maintaining and updating the customer database
- This company provides an in-house search engine to help agents quickly find responses to customer questions
- Use your creativity to go above and beyond when assisting customers and answering questions
- Some up sale could be required
- Describing services that wireless company provides
