His ability to quickly adapt, support his team, and contribute meaningful knowledge has made him a trusted and reliable asset to the client he supports.

Brandon was nominated by his recruiter, Carmen Albertson, who shared why he is so deserving of this recognition: “Brandon demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, solve problems, and support team and company objectives effectively. Brandon has been a great employee for Burnett since he started his temporary role with our client last year!”
His impact has also been recognized by his supervisor, who shared: “Brandon has adapted extremely well to our policies and procedures while also bringing his own expertise in shipping and receiving to the department. His knowledge of various shipping vendors and international requirements, along with his ability to follow up and provide feedback to management, has been a tremendous asset to our team.”
Making an Impact Through Expertise & Initiative
Since starting his assignment in August 2025, Brandon has continued to grow in his role and expand his contributions. With a strong background in logistics and warehouse coordination, he brings both technical knowledge and a proactive approach to his work.
Brandon plays a key role in supporting shipping operations, particularly when it comes to navigating international shipping requirements and ensuring processes are followed accurately. His ability to help others understand complex procedures and maintain compliance has made a meaningful difference in daily operations.
Building Trust & Delivering Results
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Brandon shared: “I understand my responsibilities and do my best to help the company accomplish its goal of providing excellent customer service to clients.”
That focus on accountability and results has helped him build strong trust with leadership. One of his proudest accomplishments has been earning the confidence of his supervisor, manager, and director to independently manage his responsibilities and deliver high-quality work for clients.

Brandon is motivated by the opportunity to share his expertise and support others: “I’m motivated by being able to help others understand international shipping requirements and following procedures and guidelines for each country.”
His willingness to step in as a resource for his team highlights both his leadership and his commitment to doing things the right way.

Brandon shared that his experience with Burnett has been a positive one: “So far, very good—I am still with the job they placed me in, so I must be doing a good job.” Brandon credits his success to his logistics background and experience as a lead shipping coordinator, which have given him the foundation to excel in his current role. His ability to multi-task, solve problems, and communicate effectively continues to set him apart.

Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active and spending time doing the things he loves: working out, riding his bike, BBQing, and relaxing on the weekends.
