Meet Melissa
Melissa brings over five years of experience as an Order Processing Specialist and more than a decade in the supply chain industry. Her background includes managing domestic and international order fulfillment, processing purchase orders, creating invoices, and maintaining ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
In her current role through Burnett, Melissa supports order management and customer service operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction—all while thriving in the fast-paced, detail-oriented nature of the work.
What She Enjoys Most
Melissa loves the blend of problem-solving and organization her role provides. She finds it rewarding to know that her attention to detail and consistent follow-up keep operations running smoothly.
